Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but please remember our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Also please keep in mind, we are an online business, you will have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it.

Can I return an item I purchased online in one of your stores?
Unfortunately no. Since we are an online business, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
What are my payment options to place an online order?
As of right now, payment options available are only through PayPal. But we will soon be adding other methods of payment.
Can an out-of-stock item be purchased on your website?
Not at this time. If you are looking for a specific item that is out-of-stock, contact us by clicking here.
What do I need to know about my Truck Delivery?
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for your delivery. Also, please note that once your delivery is scheduled and confirmed, if you are not home to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping, storage and vendor charges (such as cancellation or restocking fees) as specified in the Cancellation & Return Schedule Fee Chart.
What is considered a Truck Delivery?
What happens to my Same Day Delivery order if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?
Please Note: Processing time may vary, but typically will be processed in 1-3 business days.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! As part of our checkout process, you will have the option to include a gift message (up to 200 characters) for your order. The gift message will be printed on the invoice provided in each package shipped.
How do I update purchases on my registry?
Contact us by clicking here. Be sure to provide your registry #, the exact item and quantity purchased.
How do I get my Happy Baby Strollers registry online?
Unfortunately the Online Registry is unavailable at the moment. Once we get it up and running we will include instructions on how to get your Happy Baby Strollers Registry online.

Can I make any changes to my Same Day Delivery Order?
Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or guarantee cancellation to the merchandise selected.
Why was I charged sales tax?
We are required by law in New Jersey and other states to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax (except in Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
In certain states, including New Jersey, we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges. We do not collect sales tax on gift cards, as the appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is redeemed.

Please note: Our mailings are prepared in advance so it may take 2-3 mailings in your area before you start to receive them. Also, we do not sell personal customer information to any third parties.
How do I obtain a copy of an invoice for a gift?
Invoices are enclosed within the package. Once your order has shipped and you wish to obtain a copy of your invoice, please feel free to contact us by clicking here. We can email, fax or postal mail you a copy of your invoice.

We do not offer a layaway program at this time.
How can I create an online baby registry
Currently the baby registry is not available. We are currently working on adding a baby registry to the site and we will update you when it becomes available in our next newsletter.
